Security /Reservation Deposit for a Cyprus rental Property.
Once you decide to rent a Cyprus property from us, you will be required to leave with us a cash deposit equal to one months rental.
This Reservation/Security deposit is forwarded direct to the owners bank account of the rental property you choose, and will be returned to you as soon as you deliver back to us the property in the same condition, and with the inventory being satisfactory as it was in at the commencement of the Tenancy.
The Security deposit cannot be used as a months rental, in particular during the final month of your tenancy, the deposit is to cover cleaning, damage or missing furniture or fittings,or for any missing or late payment charges during your property tenancy.The deposit money does not attract any interest for you, whilst being held by us. Prior to moving in the rental property, we will require a tenancy agreement completed, along with the first months advanced rent * note occasionally owners will require 2 or 3 advanced rent payments, depending on the owners wishes, please ensure you ask depending on what property you are interested in renting *

Tenancy agreement
We will provide a Tenancy Agreement which gives you the tenant,legal rights, along with the same for the landlord according to Cyprus accomodation law.You must however be fully conversant with the obligations of the tenancy agreement and be aware that failure to adhere to all the tenancy agreement terms and conditions and pay the agreed rent on the dates agreed will jepordise your rights to stay in the rental property. The agreements have been verified by Our solicitor, and are a legal document.
